Neurology Rehabilitation

Sharp Physiotherapy Limited  is able to offer neuro rehabilitation for a range of conditions including but not exclusively multiple sclerosis, Parkinson disease, incomplete spinal cord injury, peripheral nerve injury, stroke and traumatic brain injury rehabilitation. 

These services are available on site in our Barrowford clinic, home/ nursing home visits can also be arranged.

We are also able to provide medical legal assessment for court should this be required.

Our rehabilitation staff have over 35 years experience at treating a range of these conditions using neuro-developmental techniques and where relevant emerging technologies.

This specialist team is led by Dr Nicola Spence. 

Nicky currently holds the position of MSc Advanced Physiotherapy programme leader at Salford University and brings her knowledge and experience to Sharp Physiotherapy Tuesday and Thursdays evenings. 

Nicky has a wealth of experience assessing and treating patients with a wide range of neurological conditions and those without formal diagnosis.
