Healthcare cash plans are different from private medical insurance. Instead of us billing your provider directly, you usually pay for your treatment yourself first and then claim the money back from your cash plan provider.
How to use your healthcare cash plan at Sharp Physiotherapy Limited
Step 1 – Check your cover
Before your appointment, check your healthcare cash plan to confirm:
Most cash plans do not require pre-authorisation.
Step 2 – Book your appointment

Step 3 – Attend your appointment and pay as normal
You will pay Sharp Physiotherapy Limited directly for your treatment on the day of your appointment, as you would for a self-funded session.
Step 4 – Claim your money back from your provider
After your appointment, we will provide you with a receipt if you need one.
You then submit this receipt to your healthcare cash plan provider using their app or online system to claim your reimbursement.
Sharp Physiotherapy Limited receipts include the information normally required for cash plan claims.
